Peptide Synthesis

Anti-Peptide Antibody Services

CASLO Laboratory offers a competitive polyclonal anti-peptide antibody package. A peptide representing the protein of interest is synthesized and purified to a purity higher than 85%. The peptide is conjugated to KLH and BSA carrier proteins. Two rabbits are immunized with the purified peptide-KLH conjugate. Only rabbits breeded for antibody production are used, and rabbits are kept under conditions which minimize risks of infections. Lyophilized anti-peptide antibody serum is produced and delivered together with purified lyophilized free peptide, peptide-BSA conjugate and free carrier proteins. A detailed product report containing all analytical data, ELISA results and HPLC and mass spectrometry results are delivered together with the antibody and peptide. Peptide-BSA conjugate is used for ELISA screening which increases the reliability and reproducibility of ELISA results.
