Peptide Synthesis

Peptides from CASLO Laboratory can be delivered in purities of >75%, >85%, >90%, >95% or >98%, and in quantities from 5 mg up to several hundred grams.

Peptides are synthesized in automated peptide synthesizers by Fmoc solid phase synthesis, with a high synthesis capacity. Peptides are purified and analyzed by HPLC in new modern systems. The correct sequence and identity of a peptide is verified by mass spectrometry analysis.

Peptides are delivered in lyophilized format with a detailed product certificate containing all analytical data, physical chemistry parameters, solubility, HPLC and mass spectrometry results.

If required peptides can be delivered in aliquots of appropriate sizes. Peptides and peptide libraries can be delivered in microtiter plates for high-through put screening.

Peptides are as standard delivered as trifluoroacetate salts, but can also be supplied as acetate or chloride salts.
