Privacy Statement by CASLO ApS:
When you contact CASLO by email or by fax, we store your contact information (your name, the name of your institution and email address). You thereby give CASLO your consent to contact you by email and to safely store your contact information. We will use your contact information only to reply to the request you have sent. If you sent CASLO an order, we will furthermore store your address, telephone number and additional email addresses if provided. We will then use your address, email and telephone number to send the ordered products, order confirmation and shipping email. Further contacts by email or telephone will only be made if necessary for correct processing of the order, or if necessary in relation to invoicing, or if you have further questions. You can at any time contact CASLO and ask us to delete all your contact information and we will delete all the information within five working days. We will not use your contact information to send mailings, information emails, promotions, surveys etc. We may however, in some cases send one, but only one, follow up email on price quotations or orders. We will not give or sell your contact information to any third parties. We may, however, store the data we have from you, with a third party data processor, located in a country outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), but we will comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 for any such storage.
